Hi Lee, your article about Blackthorns_Survival is really a great one. At Japan they used to put a tree with problematic rooting or budding under the wooden cask. You guys really made an upgrade of this simple but powerful method. Vlad

Hi Peter. No, the land is not boggy. It is limestone scree on coastal hillside.
